Proudly connecting regional New Zealand since 1984, Air Chathams is searching for passionate individuals to join our team. This Auckland Airport based role will see you at the forefront of our family-owned and operated business.

 

Our customer service staff are the face of the airline. From check-in and baggage assistance; to meeting and greeting arrivals, you are responsible for exceptional service to our customers throughout their journey through our network.

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Operating on a roster providing handling services to Air Chathams' passengers. 
  • Maintain safe and efficient procedures at Auckland Airport.
  • Report to managers on safety or operational concerns.
  • Actively identify and report any health and safety and SMS hazards and risks.

  • Have a strong commitment to customer service and experience in a face-to-face role.
  • Be an energetic, proactive and resourceful individual.
  • Be a team player with the ability to build consistent and sustained working relationships.

 

Important information: The nature of the aviation industry means your role might be affected by factors outside your control (weather, engineering, delays, cancellations etc). Unscheduled changes require flexibility of all staff, occasionally at short notice. In addition to this, you may be asked to cover shifts in our other locations throughout New Zealand to support our scheduled or charter operations.
